CONTINUING CARE ASSISTANT,

The Wolfville Elms is a privately owned, Residential Care Facility in the town of Wolfville in Nova Scotia's beautiful Annapolis Valley.

We are currently looking to hire a casual Residential Care Assistant (RCA). Working under the direction of the LPN in providing care for the resident(s) which includes meeting their physical, social and psychological needs. The RCA will exhibit sound judgement and initiative while working within the framework of the objectives of Wolfville Elms and the organization as a whole.

The ability and willingness to work all shift (days, evenings, and nights, weekends and holidays) is a requirement of this position.

Job Types: Casual

Pay: $18.37 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
