Key elements that this individual will oversee include safety, equipment utilization, driver availability, performance and development.

Qualifications include 3 years of supervisory experience in transportation operations. Additionally, this individual must have the ability to work independently & be extremely dependable. They must possess a strong desire to reach on-time goals and maintain high quality standards. Strong communications skills with both customers and drivers are also required.
