Call Center Positions

Advantage Personnel is a temporary staffing firm, offering temporary employment on a part-time and full-time basis. Employment opportunities are available in many industries such as general labor, warehousing, office administration, customer service, truck-driving and health care.

Working in a call center in Dartmouth, our client is recruiting new team members for their inbound call center. Ideal candidates must enjoy working with people, solving problems and have strong technical capabilities.

These positions are 1 year contracts with the option to renew the contract at the end of the year.

Ideal candidates possess the following skills:

• Computer literate – able to work with Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel,
• Able to type 40 words per minute,
• Supreme oral and communication skills,
• Customer service oriented with a professional attitude,

Ideal team members must be reliable, self driven and take pride in their work. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and enjoy seeing a task out until completion.

Location: Dartmouth, Burnside

Shifts: Full time. Day and afternoon shift. Between 8 am and 9 pm – rotating.

Pay: $10.50
