Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Leader, Reservation Sales, the Customer Service Agent is responsible for the following;
- Serving as the primary contact between our guests and our luxury properties
- Providing product expertise in a professional, friendly and informative manner
- Enriching our guests experiences while maximizing the company's profitability
- Booking reservations for our unique collection of world-class resorts and city center hotels
Qualifications:
- Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to surpass targets and goals
- Dedication and commitment to being the best
- Excellent keyboarding skills and a talent for multi tasking
- Strong written and verbal business skills including math, spelling and grammar
- Professional demeanor with the ability to provide personal and sincere service
- Flexible and committed to working in a 24/7 environment (our schedules are varied and we offer variety of shift options)
