Technical Support Representative
Positions Available in Fredericton & Woodstock

  • $2.00/hour Bilingual (French/English) Premium

We are looking for team players with well developed interpersonal and customer service skills, strong time management and organizational skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems, great attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple duties, and adapt and function proficiently in a fast paced work environment.

Our team members provide advanced hardware and software support to our clients which include application installation, Level 2 troubleshooting, documenting and prioritizing trouble tickets and technical issues. Ideally you possess a post secondary education (or an equivalent combination of training and experience) with a minimum of 2 years working in a help desk environment or in a computer/technical support role which involved resolution of escalated technical issues related to computer functionality, connectivity, software and hardware. You have strong computer skills with demonstrated hands on work experience, and a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft OS platform.
