DDx is also committed to our community. We support community organizations like the United Way, Moncton HeadStart, the YMCA and the Boys & Girls Club. We have sponsored hockey, ringette, soccer and basketball teams, and provided funding for athletes traveling to provincial and national championship events. Why? Because we believe that helping young people to succeed in sports, education and literacy is important to all our futures.

DDx has three divisions which provide strategic and outsource services to the pharmaceutical industry in Canada and the United States:

• 80/20 Communications provides strategic consulting and sales training to pharmaceutical manufacturers;
• Clinical Monitoring Group (CMG) manages programs that help patients use medications appropriately; and
• HealthConnect handles customer service programs including telephone information lines for medications or diseases, as well as mail, email and web customer relations.
• A sister company, p.r.n. Publishing, publishes reference materials for the pharmaceutical industry.

HealthConnect is not a typical “contact center”. We are a Tele-Solutions organization that utilizes intelligent technology to integrate phones, fax, email and web, creating the ability to power and enhance compassion.
